Roll forming is a manufacturing process that can save you money and produce a better product, too. It is a way to mass produce parts made by other metal forming methods (e.g., press brakes, extrusion, etc.).
To see if your product can be roll formed, just give us a drawing or sketch of the part. From there, we'll determine if it can be practically roll formed. If so, we'll also recommend one of our popular machines... the classic M-Style or the quick-change QVW-Style.
