Roll forming is a manufacturing process that can save you money and produce a better product, too. It is a way to mass produce parts made by other metal forming methods (e.g., press brakes, extrusion, etc.).
To see if your product can be roll formed, just give us a drawing or sketch of the part. From there, we'll determine if it can be practically roll formed. If so, we'll also recommend which of our popular standard machines, either the classic M-Style or the quick-change QVW-Style, is right for you.
Tube Mills
Formtek offers equipment at both ends of the tube diameter range. From the 3/16" (4.76mm) O.D. cold stretch reducing mills to the 28" OD cage mills.
Below is a listing of the three standard mill types we offer:
The classic M-Style which was the industry standard for many years and is still used widely today.
The universal shaft driven M-Style equivalent -- the QVW-Style.
